I was in Bastrop and called if could do a oil change and tire rotation.. They had a appointment in my time slot.. The receiving area at 10:am was extremely .. Got to me immediately…. within 30 minutes I r tire rotation.. They had a appointment in my time slot.. The receiving area at 10:am was extremely .. Got to me immediately…. within 30 minutes I received a text about replacing wipers. I texted back…….a short time my car was ready.. I looked at my original phone call. I had been in and out in 45 minutes… which I was extremely happy with.. More

Lost Pines Toyota is the best! From the Sales Department to Service Department, they are great. I’ve bought cars, traded cars, and sold a car there. I use the service department ex From the Sales Department to Service Department, they are great. I’ve bought cars, traded cars, and sold a car there. I use the service department exclusively (Damien Winston is so helpful and kind). I really like Toyotas; unfortunately during the COVID Pandemic my wonderful Toyota Highlander was totaled in an accident. I ended up buying a Buick Encore from their used car lot (it had 78 miles on it) because of the shortage of automobiles. Lost Pines Toyota services it and honored its warranty (still miss my Toyota). As you can tell, I highly recommend this Toyota dealership. More
