I flew in from ND to pick up my truck over the weekend. Everything seemed alright. Charles was great. Then he showed me that the fender had been scraped up the night before. He assured me that Northside would take care of it. We even spoke to his manager about it. When I got back to ND I got an estimate from the Ford dealership and sent it to them. Charles said it was being reviewed. That was three years ago. He does not respond. Northside Ford is dishonest. Charles talks a lot and makes empty promises. More

I met Charles Young there and I told him exactly what I wanted and that I wanted to shop around before making any commitments. Charles gave me exactly what I asked for and wasn't pushy in any way at all like a lot of sales people can be. He did not ask me for any of my personal information (to harass me later) he simply offered to help me with any purchase I made even if it wasn't at Northside Ford. I went to look at a few other vehicles but I came back to Northside because I felt it was the best deal for my money. Charles' professionalism and exceptional customer service have made this one of the top buying experiences in my life. Thanks Charles!!! More
