Mr. Young and Mr. Casper were extremely professional, pleasant, honest, and were very up front and thorough regarding price amounts, finance and vehicle features. I met Charles Young there and I told him exactly what I wanted and that I wanted to shop around before making any commitments. Charles gave me exactly what I asked for and wasn't pushy in any way at all like a lot of sales people can be. He did not ask me for any of my personal information (to harass me later) he simply offered to help me with any purchase I made even if it wasn't at Northside Ford. I went to look at a few other vehicles but I came back to Northside because I felt it was the best deal for my money.
