Personal were very polite, but end results were not what I wanted. First let me say I like the truck all except the missing step in tailgate,yeh I know its my fault for thinging they all came that way. Pri I wanted. Next is your people could not remove my old reciever or take nut off of ball and when I was going to bring tools down and do it myself my old truck was sent to auction already.
