Last week I was traveling from Indiana to Florida when my car broke down in middle Tennessee. I had 4 mechanics work on my car trying to get back on the road, each time my car wasn’t fixed. Two others looked car broke down in middle Tennessee. I had 4 mechanics work on my car trying to get back on the road, each time my car wasn’t fixed. Two others looked at my car quoting the problem as different and costly issues, I had just spent my travel budget on the first four mechanics. I had been stranded for several days and was being told the soonest someone could work on my car was 3 weeks out. In desperation called Newton seeking help, trade in or whatever it took to get me back on the road. They sent a tow truck 50 miles to come get me, my dogs and car. Everyone I spoke with treated me with kindness and compassion. Newton assessed my car and found a simple spark plug issue. I had been overly honest telling them what I was already quoted, they could have charged me for unnecessary work and I would not have known- but they didn’t. They could have convinced me to trade my car in but they didn’t. They simply fixed the spark plug and brought my car back to me in under 30 minutes. I will be forever grateful for their honesty, kindness and compassion. They went above and beyond for me when I was in what felt like a desperate situation. A new car is in my horizon for the near feature and the only place I will consider purchasing from is Newton Nissan. I would like to thank everyone at Newton that helped get me back on the road. You are my hero’s! More

Kaylon has been my service consultant the last couple times for my Titan oil changes and am I very pleased with her nice mannerism and knowledge of vehicle service. She has always been pretty precise o times for my Titan oil changes and am I very pleased with her nice mannerism and knowledge of vehicle service. She has always been pretty precise on wait times and not too pushy on additional service but does make you aware of Nissans recommended service intervals. I came in the dealership to get oil change and tire rotation on other vehicle and seen another Rogue in the color I liked and talked to Moses about it in between his appointment. Moses politely asked Tommy Harper to show me the new vehicle since Moses appointment was was running over. Tommy introduced himself and we hit it off great, I had already told Moses don’t put me with no one that is not as friendly as him and wasn’t going to keep it real about the car prices. Tommy Harper listen to me and explained to me all the different gadgets on the new Rogue that was not on my other Rogue Moses sold to me and I was filled with joy of test driving it and Moses of when they detailed the car OMG it was a beautiful thing 😊 I really appreciate Jovani Campos listen to me concerning the car note I could pay and got it that range. I really appreciate Moses for always looking out for my best interest, Tommy Harper is right up there with Moses they’re 2 great salesmen and know their job , I couldn’t have asked for no one ☝🏾 better than those two.
