Scheduled an appointment for service and made it clear that I needed my truck before the weekend. They had my truck for 3 days and still didn’t get all of the work done - I had to get my truck on Friday a that I needed my truck before the weekend. They had my truck for 3 days and still didn’t get all of the work done - I had to get my truck on Friday afternoon and will need to reschedule for the remaining work. For the work that was done, the claim was not filed until day 3 causing further delay (even though I provided the information same day of drop off). I finally had to show up to the dealership in person, call the coverage company and hand hold the process myself. When I finally checked out and had questions about the charges, the lady checking me out couldn’t answer my questions. Due to the long line behind me and ongoing frustration, I just left. More
