Horrible experience. Purchased a new car, was called to come get my plate number, color on the paper was different from the actual car color. When I complained about it, Purchased a new car, was called to come get my plate number, color on the paper was different from the actual car color. When I complained about it, I was told they can’t do anything about it, that I should go online and change it myself. When I insisted they fix it, I was left unattended for a long period of time. No one took responsibility for the mistake. They’re all acting unbothered. More

Charles is a very nice guy to talk with and shoots straight on buying a car. I have been servicing my car here since I bought it. Carlos Guzman has been my advisor for most of this time. He's to the point and listens to your problems. He has been most helpful and friendly. Cindy Ramirez was the advisor on my last service there in Sept. She is also very helpful and friendly. She did help me out concerning a part that was ordered for my car by adding coupons and other discounts available. Overall this dealership I believe deserves an A+ for service and sales! More
