I scheduled my appointment online to test drive a 2024 Ridgeline. After a brief wait at reception while a gentleman had a communication breakdown with staff after she informed him there was no body shop only a collision center. I was next, explained why I was there and now I needed to jump over hurdles. I am not on the appointment schedule and they never heard of my internet representative. As I turned to my left, I clearly see my name on the dealership welcome board, so I know I am in the right place. We finally get that sorted out and regretfully I do not get to speak with the internet salesperson I was dealing with. Instead,I am assigned a DUD of a salesperson to work through the transaction. We took a test drive, return to the dealership and play the normal games. There is no movement on the price besides Honda incentives. Consumer is threatened with inflated pricing if outside financing is brought into the mix. I am not even certain that is legal. So, I tell them I need to think it over. Expectedly, the incessant phone calls start, still nothing to sweeten the deal. I finally decide I want to move forward and schedule delivery of the vehicle. Now begins more phone calls for a $2000 deposit for a vehicle that has not even hit the lot. If it sells before I get there the following day...so be it. Day of delivery more phone calls start about confirming the scheduled time. I arrive later in the afternoon for the vehicle and we complete some paperwork. Take care of financing and play the extended warranty pricing games. Truck is still not on the lot. After approximately 45 minutes the truck arrives dirty for a cursory inspection. They proceed to take it to be detailed and I wait for over two hours in the showroom. No offers for a bottle of water or soft during from the staff. Also, make certain not to touch the coffee machine the receptionist will lose her mind.In the meantime TJ Smith, the business operations manager (check him out on the TV commercials being delightful) walked past no less than three times avoiding any interaction or eye contact. Surely he is putting his MBA (Mangement By Avoidance) to good use. An operation manager should have inquired as to why someone was sitting in the showroom for such an extended period. Finally, the vehicle is brough down for a walk around and inspection. You guessed it...more surprises. There is an outward dent in the side of the bed of the truck. Clearly happend at the factory since there is no other way to access where it was located. This means it passed by Honda quality control, lot people upon delivery to the dealership, detail personnel when cleaning up the vehicle and finally discovered by the consumer. This is unacceptable on every level. Now we face another fiasco...switch out vehicles with another on the lot, leave it for the body shop or see if paintless dent removal can repair it. Ultimately the repair was made using paintless dent removal after about two weeks. So if you have enough time and patience perhaps this dealer is for you. Personally, I would advise anyone to steer clear of this dealer. More

Fabulous experience with this dealership. Everyone was very trustworthy. They gave me a great deal and they got me the color I wanted from another dealer.
