Friendly, Fair & Fast!!! Great team, great Dealership! Eric was polite & patient as I deliberated my options ...and respectful as we negotiated offers & counter-offers. I found Charles to be exceptionally professional & pleasant to work with in finalizing our deal. Charles and Taylor structured a fair & fast deal that not only matched, but beat another dealer offer, and honored the pre-approved interest rate of a 3rd-pty. Then to top it off, Kip was organized and efficient in processing the paperwork, so that I didn't have to waste precious time sitting in a chair. As a team, Friendly Ford bent over backwards to win my business, and each team member kept their word every step of the way which proved to me their commitment to 'Quality Customer Service' was more that just a banner slogan. I am glad I visited this dealership, and I will be back again to give them future business!! More
