Horrible experience because I brought a 2018 Alfa Romeo from here and I've been paying $800/month for my car that's still sitting in sport's durst Chrysler service center for almost a year and they have no from here and I've been paying $800/month for my car that's still sitting in sport's durst Chrysler service center for almost a year and they have not serviced my vehicle yet! I've constantly been back and forth to sport's durst trying to get them to return my vehicle back, but I keep getting the run around about it! Why does sport's durst advertise that the Customer COMES FIRST? Yet, it's been 9 months since I purchased my vehicle and I'm still paying $800/month for a vehicle they've had every since the day I purchased it? This has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had! More

Used car dealer We went to this dealership because of the commercials we've seen. The whole commercial was a lie. They didn't have anything that was advertised. They We went to this dealership because of the commercials we've seen. The whole commercial was a lie. They didn't have anything that was advertised. They said that there commercials were a month behind. They advertised all these sales of cars that were anywhere from $89 an month to $198 an month with no money down. When we got there they had nothing as advertised and was a total scam. NOT one car had a sale price on it. You had to speak to a salesman and he couldn't even tell you the price. They want to run your credit score then tell you what car you qualify for. This is not how car buying should be. We traveled over 40 miles each way to be totally disappointed with the way they do business. They even tried to say I qualified for a car that was a 2015 Yaris for $220 a month. I could go across the street and get a brand new one for $180 a month with a life time warranty at Mark Jacobson Toyota. If you see there commercials DON'T believe them. They are a rip off... STAY AWAY from there used car sales. More

Worst experience EVER!!!! Worst Experience ever! I had a great salesperson Charles Pettiford but it has taken over a week for me to find out if I was even approved for a car. Worst Experience ever! I had a great salesperson Charles Pettiford but it has taken over a week for me to find out if I was even approved for a car. I am still waiting on that approval and have been calling almost everyday including talking to the GM's assistant who has promised me that a Sales Manager would call even though I haven't heard from anyone at all. Now because of the delay I have to go to another dealer because I never got any information regarding my loan. The dodge sales manager tried to push off a car on me that I didn't even want or like.It has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't know if I will ever deal with them again. More
