Bought a used Chevy Silverado there and it was the biggest mistake as far as buying a vehicle. I only had it one week because I had to take it back in to get it looked at because it was skipping ever biggest mistake as far as buying a vehicle. I only had it one week because I had to take it back in to get it looked at because it was skipping every time a gave it gas. I haven’t driven in two months because they couldn’t figure out the warranty, who would fix it and how they would pay for it to get it fixed. So I haven’t had it since February 22, 2025 and it’s April 15, 2025 today. And now they want me to come out of pocket for recommendations on top of the main issue. That will be the last time I go Eckert Hyundai in Denton. More

Small dealership, which I really liked. My sales advisor, Gavin Knighton, was able to concentrate on helping me find what I wanted. This was my first experience in purchasing a new vehicl My sales advisor, Gavin Knighton, was able to concentrate on helping me find what I wanted. This was my first experience in purchasing a new vehicle. I have been stressing for weeks on this, and when I walked in there after visiting another type of dealership, he was the first person I saw. He was kind, and showed me that he cared about what I wanted. He asked me what I was looking for and what I felt I needed in a vehicle and then took me outside to show me the Tucson. He NEVER pushed me into anything I wasn’t interested in. I deliver cakes at times and so the boxes are pretty tall. My concern was finding something that would fit a tall box. When I mentioned this to Gavin, he went back into the dealership and came back with a measuring tape. He measured the back of my vehicle and measured the Tucson. We were able to see that the Tucson was a little taller. Plus, it was easier to put the box in. The sales rep at the dealership I had visited before never questioned me on my needs or wants. Even though I mentioned what I needed. Gavin was very respectful in answering all my questions. Even after I left, he never called to bug me about it, he respected me as a new car buyer. I sent him tons and tons of emails with all sorts of questions. He answered each without hesitation. If I ever purchase another vehicle, I’ll see him again. The nice surprise was that right before I left with my new beautiful car, he asked me to make a list of any questions I may have and let him know and he would be happy to help me. Gavin went over and beyond what he needed to do. More
