Rob Draper is an excellent representative of Fletcher Jones! I have been impressed with Fletcher Jones since I purchased my car from Charles McCarthy. I’ve enjoyed the car and serviced it regularly, always being impressed with their customer service. However, yesterday the service by Rob Draper, a Service Manager, exceeded expectations. I took the car in on Wed for routine service, a routine recall and to have some paint damage repaired. I was given a loaner, expecting to be without my car for at least a week. He always gives a complete explanation of what needs to be done and does it with a smile. To my delight, Rob expedited the repairs and the car was ready the next day and returned to me the next day. Everyone there is extremely friendly and I’m completely impressed by the dealership. Well done, everyone! More

My girlfriend, Harriet, repeatedly quizzed the salesman, Charles McCarthy, who had the patience and understanding to explain clearly what options were available in different models. The finance manager was friendly, and knowledgeable. Michael Skulick, the delivery specialist explained everything to my satisfaction and followed up with assistance that was needed. I definitely love my car. Since I was in a hurry to leave town there were a few things that needed to be done and they all assured me that everything would be resolved when I returned. More
