My experience started out frustrating with first salesperson however when I switched to Brad things went smooth. He followed up in a timely manner and was very responsive to all my questions. He kep salesperson however when I switched to Brad things went smooth. He followed up in a timely manner and was very responsive to all my questions. He kept me informed throughout the process. My only complaint is the time it took to process all the paperwork due to the antiquated equipment used to complete the paperwork. There needs to be a serious update in the equipment used to process the sale. More

Nothing special. Have been buying cars for years. Some dealerships are easier to deal with than others. This dealership was nothing special. 5 hours to begin the Have been buying cars for years. Some dealerships are easier to deal with than others. This dealership was nothing special. 5 hours to begin the purchase process (no lunch). Another 3 hours to complete the financial process and take delivery. Would not negotiate on purchase price. Tried several times to "upsell" us on such things as $900 paint coating, $1,500 extended warranty, etc. Vehicle was detailed and fueled up when whole process was done. Received a quick & simple overview of the vehicle operations. Overall, while salesman was kind and considerate, other staff really could do much better at customer service. Sitting in a showroom 5 hours, then another 3 hours was seriously frustrating. Why was that necessary ? More
