Update, I reached out and emailed them they did respond they asked me what my issue was I restated the issue a week ago he said he would investigate… the outcome is no reply, no satisfaction, nothing. I even sent a follow up email that was not responded to. I since fixed the cruise myself, brake light switch, blower motor myself and found out the dome light issue is the door latches failing… and still a bad clunk in the front end. At this point with the poor treatment, the lip service to look good in the review I have to agree with the advice I was given by even their employees don’t buy through Oakes, you can find your car somewhere else and the overall experience and customer care after the fact will be better. I was completely ready to remove this review and update it to a positive review but how can I?
