Very Disappointed With the Service Department I brought my car to VW Lakeland and clearly explained several issues, including the ongoing start/stop problem. Instead of checking everything I mentioned, the my car to VW Lakeland and clearly explained several issues, including the ongoing start/stop problem. Instead of checking everything I mentioned, they focused only on the most expensive repair and ignored the other concerns. My car still has the same start/stop issue, and nothing was done about it. I gave VW Lakeland another chance, but it feels like nothing has changed. The service department still seems more interested in upselling than actually fixing the problems I bring in. Unfortunately, I’m left with the same impression as before a dishonest and unhelpful dealership. I won’t be returning. More
