After attempting to deal with several other dealerships and sales indviduals in north florida, Charles is the best associate I have ever met. Charles worked hard to assist me and is a true professional in his field of work. I personally recomend Charles at Nimnicht Chevy for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. After Charles assisted me and I was waiting for paperwork to be compleated, I watched Charles continue to be professional and assist other customers with the same respect he demostrated to me. I have been to other popular dealerships where the mangers and associates were totally non professional. Based on my interaction with Nimnicht chevy and Charles, this place needs to be a role model for every other dealership. More

Our purchasing experience was very enjoyable, despite all the regular paperwork, waiting times, and long distance for us. The Nimnicht team was very professional, especially Mr. Charles, Eric, and Martin; th the regular paperwork, waiting times, and long distance for us. The Nimnicht team was very professional, especially Mr. Charles, Eric, and Martin; they were very responsive, and accommodating; they thrive on finding solutions and alternatives to reach the "sweet spot": our dream vehicle, at a very good price. We left very happy. Furthermore, they followed up and stayed in touch for after-sale pendings. We are overall very happy with the service, and highly recommend them! More

I had an appointment to look at a truck on the website, drove 4 hours to go look at the truck, and a safety inspection had apparently not even been done yet on the vehicle. I waited 3 hours at the dealersh drove 4 hours to go look at the truck, and a safety inspection had apparently not even been done yet on the vehicle. I waited 3 hours at the dealership to even lay eyes on the truck. Not sure why the truck was listed on the website before it had the safety checks and was marked as ready to be sold. Charles, my sales rep, made the best out of a bad situation and I did appreciate him. He kept me informed about the delays and what was going on. The manager did end up taking off some extra money for my inconvenience so I did appreciate that. The situation as a whole was a crap shoot, unprofessional, and disorganized. I did buy the truck but I can’t say the experience was very pleasant. More
