Had a wonderful experience with BMW of Tenafly. Got the best deal for a 2023 X7. Was a long time Park Av customer but my sales woman , Caroline was just too good. Her behavior was exemplary and she Got the best deal for a 2023 X7. Was a long time Park Av customer but my sales woman , Caroline was just too good. Her behavior was exemplary and she kept me appraised of the entire process from sale to handover of the car.Wish there are more woman in the car industry!! Horrible service. Brian the sales person and the finance clerk Charles conducted themselves very sloppy. When I’ve shopped and purchased luxury cars in the past I have Brian the sales person and the finance clerk Charles conducted themselves very sloppy. When I’ve shopped and purchased luxury cars in the past I have never experienced such amateur work. I expected better. Instead of crossing their Ts, they moved completely backwards ran my credit, removed my trade in tags, detailed my new car, approved me and then realized that they didn’t know how to do trade ins with Maryland registration. I’m so taken aback by incompetence. Never again! They didn’t apologize for having me at the dealership for 7 hours- 2 days… CRAZY. More
