I had a horrible experience at another Lexus dealership in San Diego and while I was visiting my family in the South Bay, my car started to make a concerning sound after I just took it in for maintenance. in San Diego and while I was visiting my family in the South Bay, my car started to make a concerning sound after I just took it in for maintenance. I was feeling so discouraged from the my previous experience I didn’t know what to expect. I arrived at Lexus of South Bay around 3pm on a Friday. I’m not sure what drew me to Timothy’s office but something told me that I needed to just talk to him. Timothy instantly put my at ease. I’m not sure if it was because of his calm and caring demeanor or the silver elephant that was on his desk but I knew I was in the right place and he was going to help me. I didn’t leave the dealership until almost 9pm and he didn’t rush me at all because he knew the experience before I went through and how upset I was. I left feeling cared for and validated. When returning the next day, that same caring attitude was continued forward with laughs and support with putting me in the right direction of car to get. He could’ve tried to persuade me into getting something more expensive or newer but he listened to my needs and I was able to drive away with a car that I felt safe in and at peace. Please when visiting Lexus of the South Bay go see Timothy ! More
