The experience at this dealership has been the best we have had by far. Everyone was efficient, courteous, and respectful. Car was a great for me. But after the third day of owning it broke down on me, while driving at highway speeds. Couldn't call the dealership for service or tow because it wa But after the third day of owning it broke down on me, while driving at highway speeds. Couldn't call the dealership for service or tow because it was Sunday. I was able to get to them for service via warranty. I did get the vehicle back after it was claimed to be fixed via warranty. The same day of return I drove it 16 miles and it broke down again. I was asked to bring it in again, when it's completely unsafe to drive. I live an hour and a half away and was expected to bring an unsafe malfunctioning vehicle back. They told me I had to bring it in myself. When I think it should have been picked up by them again. Would you tell a mother of two, with a malfunctioning vehicle to bring it or would you make accommodations? Mind you as well I have a no vehicle to get to work, was not given a rental or loaner for compensation. Now and it's been in so called service for longer than I've owned it, as well as I now have a vehicle payment coming up for vehicle not in my possession nor fixed. What started out as great first time car purchasing experience has quickly turned into an unpleasant experience. More
