I recently moved to this area and started to consider a new smaller pickup truck, I knew the realistic trade in value for my trade, I had recieved a welcome post card from Bowser and stoped to chat and see new smaller pickup truck, I knew the realistic trade in value for my trade, I had recieved a welcome post card from Bowser and stoped to chat and see if there were color charts available for the new models. I didn't receive the normal rush at the door when entering but instead was offered the literature and info I was looking for and a cup of coffee - I was impressed by this gesture and and in looking around I realized how well kept and clean the facility was. I hadn't even talked to a salesman as I as I was leaving. As I drove out I was passing through the new truck line up and stopped to look at a Colorado Trail Boss as I knew nothing about them. A salesman stoped and asked me if I wanted to take it for a test drive, I was impressed with the ride quality and visibility, it had the right mix of options. When we got back to to the dealership I asked for a written quote which took 5 minutes, I countered that with my offer, then we agreed at a price in the middle. They honored my veterans discount, gave me free inspections for life and promised an occasional free car wash and an oil change and tire rotation. What more could you ask for. I picked up my clean truck about 2 hours later. I felt comfortable and respected through out the purchase process, everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. More
