I had a really good experience with DePaula Ford's Service Department. The work needed was done quickly, under warranty no questions asked and, being open on week nights til 6 made it easy to pick up Service Department. A needed part was supposed to be ordered in Oct, after several months I called to check status, apparently it had not been ordered. I called again in Feb, was told I'd be called when the part was in but w several months I called to check status, apparently it had not been ordered.
