The sales process was great, it was handled over the

For example, the car was not properly prepared, there was still plastic on parts of the car, including parts the engine compartment. When we sent an email to speak with our sales manager we did not get a response. When we called, we were told he doesn't check email. We provided feedback via the dealership and no one has bothered to call us back. My wife and I both feel that we were rushed out the door and left on our own to figure things out.

I will never step foot back here nor would I recommend
anyone to this place. They make you feel like you are family, but then they lie to you. They never showed me my credit score, but yet they said it

They never showed me my credit score, but yet they said it was low; however, the following week I went to another dealership and my credit scrore was 40 points higher than what they said. They try to make you feel as if you got a good deal, and the deal sucked. They went up $33 a month on our negotiated deal talking about credit. Go far away from this place.
