have had good and bad at this dealer but it is the closest to me. Had to take 2018 in 4 times before they would replace the trailer wiring. Keep blowing fuses every time I launched a boat and YES it was unplugged. Just got back my 2010 F150 and runs worse then when the changed oil, radiator hoses and 1 oxygen sensor. Now I got to tow it in myself 40 miles. I drove it a total of about 50 miles. bad mgt rating due to the fact they never responded twice to my having my parks pass disappear (hang tag style) in their care. I have to buy a replacement for $60. org cost $124 More

The absolute worst car buying experience ever. The people that work at this dealership at manipulative, don't care about the buyers, and liars. From the first call, to walking out of the dealership, people that work at this dealership at manipulative, don't care about the buyers, and liars. From the first call, to walking out of the dealership, the whole experience was horrible. We wasted our time driving from Colorado Springs to Denver to look at a car because the sales people/manager couldn't be honest about a vehicle we wanted to look at. Some of the worst things that happened were that once we got to look at the vehicle, it was a total mess. It looked like nothing had been inspected on the car except a little Armor All on the tires. The coolant level in the car was even below the low mark on the container. They gave us a sheet a paper to show what had been done on the car to inspect it, the sheet said 11 hrs of work was done to inspect the car, costing over $1000. It looked like 30 mins was spent on the car....they couldn't even as much as take off all of the corrosion on the terminals to the battery. Prior to seeing the car, we asked if there was any damage done to the car before going to see it, they couldn't even tell us there were huge burn spots on the driver side. Horrible, horrible dealership, sales people and the sales manager!!!! Do not get a vehicle from this dealer or you will suffer the consequences!!!! More

This was my first vehicle I bought brand new. Every other vehicle I bought has been through a private seller and have been skeptical of going to a dealer. To say I had my guard up is 100% correct. But when dealing with the salesman James and his manager Chai, they were 100% upfront and honest and not pressuring. After signing all the paperwork and going home I compared all the options this vehicle has listed on the window sticker to Edmunds and other car review sites. It was after coming home that I realized not only were these guys fair but I actually got a pretty great deal. Not only does this team price fairly, they really helped me understand which trim level I needed to get the bells and whistles I wanted and not anything else. These guys earned these five stars and also a future long time customer, when my wife's car is ready to be replaced we will be visiting James and Chai at Phill Long Ford again. More
