I feel that the service center has gone down dramatically in overall customer service aspect since Zack's departure. I'm have brought both of my vehicles here for absolutely everything for the last 6 years. in overall customer service aspect since Zack's departure. I'm have brought both of my vehicles here for absolutely everything for the last 6 years. With the decline in customer service and overal shop performance I am thinking seriously about taking my business elsewhere. The shop ruined my wife's engine in our buick. Yes you replaced it as you should have. Now this new engine has done nothing but throw codes and give us problems. We are out the 150.00 dollar diagnostics test every time and some how something that is wrong with the engine which is brand new and input by the shop cost us more money on top of it. It like nothing is actually covered under the 2 year 100,000 mile warranty. Also everttime my wife is in there she does not receive the military discount that used to be applied to both of our accounts on all vehicles. I have been very disappointed with the overall performance and quality of this place with in the last three months in particular. More

For oil changes iken garff is ok, but will most likely find a different shop! for major repairs I don’t really trust the Shop. Amazing service and staff that does everything they can to take care of you. Even in these times of crazy supply issues for parts. I trust no other dealership with my vehicles. I even have free maintenance service available from other local delearships that came with the purchase of my cars, and I choose to pay Ken Garff Riverdale GMC for them anyway. I went in to get my car fixed and after $3000 spent and my car was with them the whole summer and it still doesn’t feel as if it’s running correctly and feels off balance when driving. Not to mention they my car was with them the whole summer and it still doesn’t feel as if it’s running correctly and feels off balance when driving. Not to mention they didn’t even care enough to use to mechanic interior covers so I’ve been finding and cleaning black oil marks from dirty boots and work fingers. I was under the impression that in going to a legitimate dealership that I would be safe from being jerked around or at the very least receive quality service. I payed to get a new alternator, a tune up, air filter, and new tires. I then asked if it was drivable and was told yes. After having the car for only a day my check engine light came on and I had to go back. Understandably I was upset and proceeded to see what they planned on doing which wasn’t much because all I got was the same terrible 10% even after having dealt with that and not even having my car for 24 hrs. When it was all said and done I asked if they offered Military Discount to which the said yes and then applied it to the taxes on the service and not the service in its entirety which obviously isn’t going to do much regardless w/ them only offering 10% and after reviewing the final bill they attempted to charge me service “fees” for looking up a part and re charge me for a service package that I already had purchased. Overall a very disappointing experience and if possible I probably will refrain from using this location for any future service needs. I still need work done and now I’m 3,000 in the hole my “brand new” tires keep going flat and the alignment I was promised w/ the purchase never happened either. Highly disappointed and DONT RECOMMEND More
