We are sorry for the inconvience Ray. The middle seat/console was not bolted down because our service department was trying to reproduce a rattle issue with a different vehicle. The seat was not bolted down correctly when they returned the vehicle to the sales department and we did not find out about it until you drove it. Unfortunately our service department was not open when you came to purchase the vehicle. We obviously offered to have our service department put it back correctly but because you live far away you did not want to come back. We would have been happy to do it for you if you came back and would not have asked you to put it together had our service department been open. Hopefully you can understand this was not intentional and accept our apology. If you would like to discuss the matter futher please contact David Rodriguez at 320-251-0540

I have called David - the number provided with no response. The only time we spoke was when they had me on speaker phone saying I was taking advantage of the dealer by trying to get free service after it was told that it would be covered. Took it to Cornerstone in Elk River after the repairs completed at Tenvoorde caused more problems. Cornerstone got us all fixed up and treated us with respect!
