i drove in expecting. A battle over a job that was not done properly a few months ago but i was surprised to hear that the screw or bolt that holds the cover over the oil A battle over a job that was not done properly a few months ago but i was surprised to hear that the screw or bolt that holds the cover over the oil gasket was the same one that was supposed to be fixed a few months ago. That i thought was pretty honest of the service department to confirm that. Think about it, when was the last time you dealt with a car dealership, and they were honest? I can count on my one hand and i have been buying cars for 55 years. Kudos to the service team at Leighton Kia, i take back half the bad things i ever said about them. . To be honest i have had nothing but experiences at Lehighton Kia lately. Their mechanics seem top shelf but if i had a xxxxx they always come up with something else has to be fixed other than what you brought it in for. Another perk is after your done and you pay the bill you get a very clean shiny car. I never wash my car and it looks almost new after the girl washes it. My complaint is the tv, they have some out of date channel with Andy Griffith, Golden girls and other 1970 shows. Put on a news channel More

On Monday 07/03/2023 i brought my kia sorento in for an oil change, inspection and to find out why i was losing a quart of oil every 400 miles. In October or November i brought the car in for the same prob oil change, inspection and to find out why i was losing a quart of oil every 400 miles. In October or November i brought the car in for the same problem , i was told the gasket was shot and needed to be replaced. I said ok, what ever it takes. I sat there 7 hours before i was told they would give me a loner to go home and come back the next day to pick up my car. Next day i picked up my car . The problem was there was a nut or bolt that was striped or something and they had todrill it out, so i was told. Over the next few months i noticed i was still burning or losing oil which made me believe i just threw away a lot of money. I usually dealt with Scott R. Whatever Scott said needed to be replaced i did it because i had trust in his diagnosis.. So today i came in for an oil change and they had a new guy taking Scott place, it seems he must have got demoted or punished for something. Well after a long wait the service guy came to me and said i needed brakes, ball joints, which i believe i had done in Feb Or December plus there was a stripped bolt on my gasket that the oil was leaking out of. Plus he had the xxxxx to try and charge me for that. I saw Scott and ask him to intervene but i guess he didn't want to get involved. I am not paying twice for the job that should have been done right by a CHAD in the first place. Bottom line, i didnt get my oil change, i didnt get an inspection because the service guy i would fail for ball joints, i didnt get my OIL problem solved but i did shell out over $300 for brakes. I am disappointed in the service needless to say by the kia service department. I use to have faith in the service department but i can see now that when your dealing with car company's, no matter if its salesman or the service department you're dealing with the lowest form of life on the planet. I know this will not get me any brownie points but there is no way in xxxx i am paying twice for the same job. You can call or e mail me. I use to be a supporter., right now KIA in my book sucks . Car goes in limp mode- change knock sensor Car goes in limp mode again- needs an update? If it needed an update shouldn’t I have been told about said update so I don’t go into limp mode again when I dan limp mode again- needs an update? I really would like another KIA but am reconsidering. Disappointed and frustrated. Service guys and other staff were friendly and accommodating. If this is a manufacturing issue shouldn’t it be fixed the right way, instead of me wondering when I will go into limp mode again? More
