With that said in relevance to your vehicle getting damaged while in our care, we did watch all the videos and sent them to you. The videos clearly showed that your vehicle arrived with some paint imperfections and a melted grill. Rallye Acura honored your complaint by fixing the paint regardless of where it came from in good faith. In addition, the grill was damaged due to basic environmental factors and we offered to fix that as well. Unfortunately our efforts to further assist you with these concerns have been hindered by your unfair treatment towards our entire staff. Wishing only the best and stay safe.

Once again, you lied my car was scratched at the dealer and then when you “fixed it” is when the grill came back melted and your staff said that it had melted with the sun. Thats a joke my car id not under direct sun and i actually have 2 other acura car with the same grill and they are parked in the sun, but their grill isnt melted. And you did not rectify the damage- I had to bring it to Acura in Valley Stream where they were more than willing to help. The manager Norman is amazing and very professional.
