Had an awesome experience as usual at the Rallye Acura service department. My 2009 TSX had failed to start on several different occasions. I brought the car in on Thursday morning and was in a rush to service department. My 2009 TSX had failed to start on several different occasions. I brought the car in on Thursday morning and was in a rush to get to work in NYC. Chad Tammaro as usual was professional and extremely courteous. He provided a loaner so I could get to work on time. He diagnosed the issue correctly and informed me the new battery was covered under the warranty. I would NEVER take my car anywhere else to be serviced. Chad is the reason I bring my car to be serviced at Rallye Acura. I live in Wantagh and literally have an Acura dealership a 1/2 mile from my house. I choose to drive 20 minutes to Rallye Acura in Roslyn because they always do a great job. Great job as always! More

Chad along with the service manager and another service Rep by the name of Mr. Moon provided the utmost quality service in regards to my stopping in to address an issue I was having with the Bluetooth Syst Rep by the name of Mr. Moon provided the utmost quality service in regards to my stopping in to address an issue I was having with the Bluetooth System in my car. Needless to say they did not let me leave until my issue was identified and rectified. They also gave me a 1-800 phone number to call for future reference in regards to trouble shooting issues related to my car's Bluetooth System....Overall, as usual, I had an extraordinary customer experience with Rallye Acura in which I was completely satisfied! More

Chad Tammaro turned my very stressful flat tire experience into something pleasurable. He welcomed us to Rallye Acura even though I was from Florida. Having an Acura TL with a purchased tire prog experience into something pleasurable. He welcomed us to Rallye Acura even though I was from Florida. Having an Acura TL with a purchased tire program really paid off. Chad ordered me a new tire and within 24 hours I was back on the road. He also provided me with a loaner car so I could have lunch because we were stuck on the road for over five hours. I cannot praise Chad enough for his professionalism helpfulness, and efficiency. I felt as if I had purchased my car directly from Rallye Acura--there was no difficulty because I was from another state. Rarely have I received such terrific service from a car dealership. Kudos to Chad--he handled my problems in a very outstanding manner relieving me of a lot of stress. Thank you. More

Chad is very knowledgeable of my automobile,if I have any problems he is usually on the Money.He sets up my appointment at my convenience.I was just in for a oil change and had new wipers,air filter,and cabi problems he is usually on the Money.He sets up my appointment at my convenience.I was just in for a oil change and had new wipers,air filter,and cabin filter put in and was out in just over an hour.Chad is courteous a true professional and an aset to the dealership. I have never before encountered such friendliness, honesty and efficiency all housed in such a cheerful contemporary setting.I have purchased a 1990 Legend,'96 RL and an '05 RL at this dealership. I just placed an order for the 2012 RL which I hope to have by yearend. Upon entering the Service area, my wife and I invariably get a kiss and hug from Enza Comito and a friendly smile and handshake from Mike Denfeld, followed by a personal chat when time allows.My wife and I don't just transact business here:we have a genuine, warm relationship and look forward to each visit when service is needwed. I brought my car in for servicing at the time of my morning appointment and was willing to wait if the work was done in time for me to make a doctor's appointment that later that morning. Chad in his usual friendly way was able to get it done on time. He reviewed the bill with me and walked me over to the cashier and explained what was done, making sure that I understood it all. He invited me back to look over some of the new models and was very knowledgeable about the changes that had been made for the newer model than I have. I know he is a guy I can trust when it comes to my Acura. More
