The sales process was fabulous. Fabian couldn't have been nicer nor more diligent in looking for the features I wanted. The financing piece felt a bit more like I was being "sold" options that I didn't need. By that time I was tired. It would have been better to have had those explained before the final step in the process but, other than that, it was great. More
