

Born and raised in Brooklyn New York until age of 12 when I moved to Ashburn Va. In my spare time I love playing basket ball, working out in the gym as well as building and customizing cars. I started selling cars in 2007 and came to Koons Sterling Ford in 2011. Best move ever! My favorite things here is working with our great management staff in a team environment. We provide superior customer service to everyone who walks through the doors. Our excellent prices and great marketing allows us to reach people throughout the U.S. and I enjoy talking to people from all over.

Low-key professional sales Koons Sterling is a great place to buy your next Ford. It's a volume dealer, so they have a ton of options on the lot. But in the event you can't find what you're looking for at their location, they'll find something nearby and get it for you. The sales approach is very low-key. No pressure, but very helpful. My first day there, Steve Arnold, who responded to an online inquiry of mine, met me and set me up with one of his colleagues (because I was much later than I'd said I'd be). When I made up my mind and came back, Steve made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and that I felt like I was getting a good deal (I did) the whole way through. He and his colleagues, from the detail team through financing and even the sales managers, were fantastic. I have complete confidence that if I have any issues after the sale, Steve is going to make sure I'm taken care of (I heard him take a message from a former customer from two years back who needed his help; remembered exactly who the guy was).
