Very poor service. Did an engine check, got my car back with oil sprayed all on my windows and windshield. Also it stunk so bad in my car when i got it back and very upset since i took my time the night before to detail and clean my car for them. Next had to bring my car back in to get it fixed and the lady said i had 100$ deductible. 1. warranty covers everything as in parts, labor, deductible and service fees, why am i paying 100$ deductible? Read through the paperwork and the front cover says 0.00 deductible on the receipt but underneath they wrote in PEN CP: $100. I am NOT paying something that is being wrote in pen. This place is VERY unprofessional and its the saddest thing i have ever witnessed just to get more money for themselves. Anyways, i still am going through the paperwork and the lady is trying to still get me to pay 100 when im still reading and what do i come across, the last page it says $50 deductible with the original grand total. I showed the lady and she crossed out the 100 that she wrote in pen and put $50. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! They are out here scamming people when there should be $0 deductible when people paid thousands of dollars for the warranty which covers everything. Will not be going back ever again to that place and i recommend no one else goes either unless u want ur car trashed when u pick it up and have them scam u for more money. More

Right rear tire rim on our brand new 2024 Blazer that had 5 miles, has a scuff mark on it. I talked to the dealership (sales manager and salesman) about the scuff marks, the story I got was you must have do 5 miles, has a scuff mark on it. I talked to the dealership (sales manager and salesman) about the scuff marks, the story I got was you must have done that, the detailer said it wasn’t there, so therefore I was told I did this to the rim. Couple of problems, I don’t lie to gain replacement, I also don’t understand how I scuff up the rim on the right side. Dealership only offered a rim repair place in Fort Wayne. I came in with some strict guidelines.. as I was buying a toy.. they were able to make it happen.. there was a couple hiccups.. and I am waiting to see if I will be getting reimbursed for an oil change I had to do immediately on the vehicle as it was 600+ miles outside it’s oil change time. NOT GOOD. So I took it to a local dealer in Warsaw to have it done that day.. I didn’t want to put anymore miles on dirty oil. It was an expensive oil change. I was told by my salesman and the General I would be getting reimbursed for the cost. So we shall see if I should continue to praise my experience.. or whether I need to revamp and edit it.
