A salesman named Erick Santiago came to greet us and showed us the minivan. He was very friendly, warm, and open. He got us the plates and keys for a test drive. We returned to the dealership and were greeted warmly. Erick Santiago was friendly, warm, informative, and made us feel right at home. He answered all our questions professionally and courteously. He was easy to talk to. He is definitely perfect for his job. A born salesman. Chad Piefer in finance was also very friendly, warm, and very informative. He made sure we understood everything well and had no unanswered questions. Very professional. All in all we were very pleased with our experience and will definitely return for all future vehicle purchases. We highly recommend J. H. We met Tim Border outside shortly after browsing and he was very courteous with helping find the wife something within her interests. After she drove a few vehicles she made her choice. We then headed inside to sign the paperwork while her new vehicle was being prepared for us to take it home, very quick and easy process which is what we preferred. Tim also left little things for her to find inside the vehicle as thank you gifts from him. We appreciate everything they did for us and once I'm ready to get something new we will be heading back to Barkau's in Cedarville. More
