Very friendly and efficient! I drove for 5 hours from NE TN for a very particular truck. They allowed me to do everything but put ink to paper over the phone. Brady made sure everything was ready to go when TN for a very particular truck. They allowed me to do everything but put ink to paper over the phone. Brady made sure everything was ready to go when we got there. A quick test drive and 10 minutes of paperwork with Lauren, and we were out of there. Chad was great with working our trade in. I think everyone there made it home in time to watch the Bama game! I will definitely recommend others to get their next vehicle here. The pricing is great! More

Horrible customer service and let the technicians use USED PARTS in repairs. When confronted he lied and denied that they do that when I have proof and evidence. I don’t recommend anyone using them ever USED PARTS in repairs. When confronted he lied and denied that they do that when I have proof and evidence. I don’t recommend anyone using them ever again. At least be professional and admit it when a mistake is made, but to just try and cover it up and not even acknowledge it is totally unprofessional. -5star from me More

There was a section on the inside of.the tailgate that was rusted and was missing paint. my husband took it back to the dealership the same day and they agreed to fix it. when we picked it up, there was roughness and edges to the paint. They ended up writing out a warranty for that section of the vehicle but it was not fixed. We then drove the truck 700 miles to cape coral florida with my daughter and her friends. On day 2 of our vacation, the air went out. we called cooper and they advised us to take it to the nearest chevy dealer. we spent the remainder of our 7 days with a rental car that we had to pay insurance on at $30 a day. The dealership said the air compressor went out and they are on backorder so they could not get his air fixed. my husband and 3 of the kids had to make the trip back to alabama 700 Miles in 90 to 100 degree weather with no air conditioning. cooper was kept up to date on the problem and told us to bring the vehicle.to them today to fix it. my husband sat another 2 hours and then was told they still dont ave the part. They also told him they could get him rental to get back and.forth to work but then said they were out of rental vehicles and couldn't provide him anything to drive. The customer service we have recieved after spending thousands of dollars.on what was supposed to be a brand new vehicle is not acceptable. who wants to make a high dollar purchase like that and be met with attitude over what is seeming to be a unreliable vehicle? This will be our last purchase from cooper chevrolet and I'll make sure I add "sucks" to the cooper chevrolet sticker that they have on the back of his truck so that everyone can see that we were very unhappy with this experience.. Insulting Absolutely the worst experience ever! Had 60k in hand and walked out over $1k. The General Manager yelled at me over the phone trashing my trade in wh Absolutely the worst experience ever! Had 60k in hand and walked out over $1k. The General Manager yelled at me over the phone trashing my trade in which I was requesting him match the trade in amount offered by another Chevrolet dealership. He was so offensive that normally I would suggest additional training but not with his blatant rudeness he should be fired. Very unprofessional. I have bought 14 cars in 8 years and never experienced anything like this. Stay away from this dealer. Mr. Cooper’s Daughter and Son in law need to have people blind shop their dealer to see the way the customers are treated. The salesman Wayne was very professional and courteous but the GM and his wingman were purely hateful. I didn’t feel like I was involved in a business transaction this felt like a personal attack. Please, please, please run from this dealer. More
