Randy was great to work with. Buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do, but I had no issues with Randy at all. He's very professional and knows his brand very well. He showed me options that I wasn't originally looking at based on what features I wanted and I ended up in a car I absolutely love, that I wouldn't have looked at without his recommendation. He also went over all the features in detail after I completed the purchase to make sure I knew how to properly operate all the new features, in addition to introducing me to the service team that I'll utilize in the future for maintenance. I ran into a few hiccups during my purchase, and Randy took them in stride and never made me feel rushed or forced to act. Overall it was a great experience, and I'll definitely work with Randy on my next purchase and recommend him to anyone looking for an Audi.
