The level of stress it causes is crazy, most dealerships I have been to in the past don't seem to care about that. I decided to look on the Toyota of Des Moines web site to see what they had to offer and a chat window opened asking if I would like to talk to a salesman, here we go I thought. Well this is when my great service began all my questions were promptly answered, I was in shock! Every other dealer I had tried to talk to prior to going into the dealership would only say to me well you will just have to come in and we can discuss it. Fast forward to Friday evening I went to the dealership to test drive the car, it was all about how I felt and what I thought never was anything pushed down my throat this continued through the closing of the sale it was all so relaxed and no where near high pressure. Now I have a new Toyota Highlander that I love! More

Pleasantly surprised I scheduled a test drive simply to see if I would even like owning a Scion tC. I was not ever expecting to drive away in one. We had a test drive, financed the loan, and had the car cleaned/gassed up in the matter of a bit over an hour. The whole process was fast, easy and actually pretty enjoyable, all things considered.
