Star motors has the best service in the Houston area, we live near the woodlands and still choose to have our Mercedes serviced there. During our recent service we were given a c300 as a loaner car and deci live near the woodlands and still choose to have our Mercedes serviced there. During our recent service we were given a c300 as a loaner car and decided that we wanted to lease a new c43. Our initial contact was with Howard who is no longer there, but he referred us to Clay. Clay was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the lease program, he and Chad, the finance manager, made the transaction seamless. They also gave us a more than far price for our trade in. I purchased a car last week and still have not been provided the final paper work. I purchased a car here specifically because I felt confident in the warranty I’d receive. I’ve called the store everyd provided the final paper work. I purchased a car here specifically because I felt confident in the warranty I’d receive. I’ve called the store everyday since the purchase to receive a copy of my paperwork and to acquire the warranty associated with my high end purchase and still have not gotten what was requested and promised. I buy cars often and it won’t be from Star Motor Cars next time. They pride themselves on being “laidback”, as a customer it feels more like antiquated and disorganized. I received home delivery only because I took an uber to the dealer to pick up my vehicle when they called and told me my financing and vehicle were ready. They were not. Graciously my salesperson drove me to pick up my children to take them home. We returned to the dealer where we found again, hours later things still were not ready. All this and I still have never met the manager of this place. Not even the customary “thank you for your business” handshake. More
