I brought my 2019 Ram 1500 5. 7 L into the Dealership on 9/30/2024 due to a ticking noise that sounded like the infamous cracked exhaust manifold which is very common with ram truc 7 L into the Dealership on 9/30/2024 due to a ticking noise that sounded like the infamous cracked exhaust manifold which is very common with ram trucks. Luckily I was still under my manufacturers warranty or so I thought. After the Service Advisor Chris looked at the truck he confirmed it was one of several possible issues and that it would need to be further investigated. With the earliest time for an appointment being 10/14/2024. The dealership was unable to repair or order my part until 3/17/2024. It took the Dealer 5 months and 4 days to order a part for my repair. This repair is a COMMON issue on these trucks. The service advisors did not provide any update to my work and ignored messages left on voicemail. The only way to talk to them was to show up to the dealership once every few weeks for an update. After repairing my truck due to my service advisor CHRIS Poor paperwork skills. The dealership did not honor the manufactures warranty because it had expired on 10/13 and my truck was not Diagnosed until 10/14. Even though I was told for 5 Months and 4 days that this work would be cover under the original warranty. I strongly advise anyone with warranty work to go to another dealership. The advisor and management simply do not care about providing a good customer experience. No attempt was made to honor the manufacturer warranty even though it was the dealerships fault for not recording the correct documentation. More

Called to try and get my car (van) some service, the person that I spoke to was (Paul) then I explained, I wanted to bring my van in to get work done, he told me that I needed to leave the van. This was my only vehicle I had and he was told I would have to wait. He wouldn’t accept that. I told him that I had no way to get home or get back to pick it up. My second purchase from Lakeshore and from this salesman, Trey. The last time I bought a 2018 Pacifica. Could not have been happier with the deal followed by excellent service. This time I jumped over to a 2 Trey. The last time I bought a 2018 Pacifica. Could not have been happier with the deal followed by excellent service. This time I jumped over to a 2023 Jeep Renegade. What features with the 2/4 wheel drive, the multiple traction settings and so much more. And at a deal. I hope to be back in six years for number three. More

Terrible communication with regard to the multiple recalls I had on the 4xe they sold me, then they sat on my old plate so long that I got an insurance flag on my drivers license.
