The dealership sales experience was comfortable, not pushy. It felt like the team was working to get me what I wanted and not just get a sale. Even after the vehicle arrived and was found to be lacking pushy. It felt like the team was working to get me what I wanted and not just get a sale. Even after the vehicle arrived and was found to be lacking some of the items I had ordered (The order they placed was correct, but what was received was missing items from the order). They began working on correcting the issues immediately. Financing took some time to work through, but again everything was geared towards my satisfaction with the purchase. Everything was open for questioning and review throughout the process. My family and I were all treated as valued customers and were updated regularly during the wait. Chad was as genuinely excited for me getting my vehicle as my family was. I will be back for maintenance and another vehicle when I need one.
