As a first time new car buyer I could not have been more pleased. I was allowed to explore the various models in the show room without any interference. This provided me the opportunity to choose a model th pleased. I was allowed to explore the various models in the show room without any interference. This provided me the opportunity to choose a model that seemed to fit my needs. I then asked the receptionist to speak with a sales consultant. Chad was pleasant and helpful in answering my questions and guiding my needs with questions of his own. My choice was easy and after driving my chosen vehicle I was completely satisfied and promptly purchased my new car. The experience was relaxed with absolutely no pressure. I am thoroughly happy with my new car. Even having a delivery specialist, Preston, walk me through the features of the car was very helpful and much appreciated. Everyone involved left their phone number with me in case I needed questions answered after delivery. I was thankful for that as I did need advice and was provided solutions to my questions a week later. Thank you all at W&L Subaru for a wonderful experience. More
