A series of issues from start to finish. I purchased a $60k certified xjl to have delivered to me 1000+ miles away. When the car arrived there were multiple broken items in the car- incredibly unacceptabl $60k certified xjl to have delivered to me 1000+ miles away. When the car arrived there were multiple broken items in the car- incredibly unacceptable. The registration wasn't included in the car for transport and no temp plate was included. In addition, the tires were dangerous and severely cracked and worn. How could a $60k vehicle go through certification like this you ask??? Well I ask the same question. 2 months later and finally the GM Michal gets involved to try and find tires to send to me. Clearly I wasn't a priority for him and still am not as it has taken me multiple calls, follow up texts and emails just to get answers on status. All in all- 2 months later and I have only 2 tires delivered, no check as promised for the mounting cost and an overall terrible experience. I'm sure the dealership/Michal will respond to this saying they took personal accountability which is what I've been told many times. Sadly, personal accountability means nothing if there isn't urgency around making it right. Still not fixed, a series of lies and unprofessional actions by this dealership. Stay away. More

I absolutely felt compelled to write this review on the staff at Jaguar Land Rover in St Petersburg Fl. I reside in New Jersey and was shopping online for a late model pre-owned M3, and Jaguar Land Rover i staff at Jaguar Land Rover in St Petersburg Fl. I reside in New Jersey and was shopping online for a late model pre-owned M3, and Jaguar Land Rover in St Pete had the vehicle I was looking for! A 2018 Bmw M3! Long story short, I booked a flight to Tampa to test drive and inspect the vehicle. And I was extremely surprised at the level of customer service I received! Everyone at this dealership was phenomenal, and went "above and beyond" what I've experienced at other dealers. My sales rep "Dominic Esposito" was outstanding! I can not say enough good things about this gentleman, from arranging transportation from the airport to the dealership, to supplying me with information for Hotels close to them! I would also like to mention Robby Dereadt, "Internet Sales Manger", and TJ Muller, "Finance Manager". both are awesome gentlemen to deal with, and made sure that everything went smoothly! And I can't forget Conner Elm, who provided transportation to the airport for me! Another great person! So if you're reading this and are looking for a Jaguar, Land Rover or something pre-owned, give them a call! They just might have what you're looking for! So take a few days off, go to Tampa, and visit Jaguar Land Rover of St. Pete! I promise that you will not be disappointed! Thanks Guys for everything! Horrible after sale experience. Service returned my car worse than when I dropped it off. Nothing was fixed,check engine light on and filthy. Service manager is useless and General manager won’t even retu worse than when I dropped it off. Nothing was fixed,check engine light on and filthy. Service manager is useless and General manager won’t even return a phone call. First they told me to just drive an unsafe vehicle with no regard for human life and they would not provide a loaner car as agreed. Then they told me to try another dealer to see if I would get better service. Only excuses were provided. Once they sell you a car you are on your own. Avoid this place. More
