Aaron recognized me by name and even though he was busy with another client, helped me and got me to Heidi. She was great too and showed me a few cars that fit my needs. I needed time to time because it was at the end of the night and they were closing. I set up another time to come in to buy the Audi, but in the mean time found another that I wanted to see. She let me come look at another, with no pressure at all to hurry up. They were all jut super nice and made my experience really great. I would most certainly recommend other people to shop there! More

At that time, we purchased a Volvo XC 60 2011, loved the car and the many safety features. Lots of wonderful memories were attached to this vehicle, many long road trips enjoyed during our retirement, so it was hard to think of trading this car in for a newer one. I was at the dealership for maintenance, made an appointment with Mike Percival, salesman, who we had dealt with in the past. He was so understanding, patient and helpful in explaining all of my choices and options. As always, no high pressure from anyone involved at this dealership. I decided to purchase a 2018 XC 60 with all the features, Mike checked their inventory, and one with exactly the color of interior and exterior, all of the features I wanted had just been delivered that morning. It was totally karma- decided since this was my first time to purchase a new car without my husband, I would go home and sleep on the decision. I returned the next day, spent probably 3 hours with Mike as he explained all of the wonderful features in this new vehicle, and left to drive home a very happy customer. Love the car, love the service department at Volvo, and will be a Volvo for Life customer!!! More

Dan our salesman was extremely accommodating and helpful meeting us 2 1/2 hours from the dealership with the vehicle so we did not have to make the long haul from Kansas City. He took the time to answer all of our questions and show us the features of the vehicle to make it easier to use. Chad the sales manager was very honest and easy to work with making sure we knew about any small imperfections since this was a used vehicle. Easily the best car buying experience we have ever had.
