WOULDN'T BUY HERE AGAIN My experience with Dalton was awesome "sales person" .. but after my purchase 2 weeks after. The finance manager called my bank told my bank that I d My experience with Dalton was awesome "sales person" .. but after my purchase 2 weeks after. The finance manager called my bank told my bank that I didn't pay the full amount and was avoiding them .... called me a lair via text and they held my title so I was late to register my vehicle .. but not only that they charged my credit card 500.00 then 900.00 to charges that I did not approve my bank closed my credit card because I was in Colorado and not in OKC? and the number don't add up they wanted to charge me extra money??.. So I had to get a new credit card everything was on hold for a week because they froze my account ... meanwhile I had no idea all this was going on ... All I got was " sorry Jesse was not intentional they tried to reach you but couldn't"... Doesn't give you the right to just charge my card.... They gave me $51 Discount to shut me up and they said they would send me a gift card... .... I'm still waiting on my gift card but whats even worse is I've been texting the fiance manager back in forth no problem but as soon as I paid the $900 he stop texting me and I've asked him twice so far where my gift card is and I haven't got a reply .--- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TOWARDS THE END AS SOON AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY GOOD LUCK GETTING A REPLY BACK More

He had been driving my Durango for the past few weeks while trying to get his truck fixed. He would fix one thing and another thing would would break. I finally asked him if he thought it may be time to try to get another car. He wasn't real interested in paying for a car as he had always paid cash. We looked around and just couldn't find what he was looking for. He applied at drive time and was approved. On the morning of May 14 we were headed to drive time to see if we could get him a car. We were on the road headed to drive time when I got a call from David Malone. He wanted to see if we had already purchased a car for my son. I said to him it's so funny we were on our way to look at drive time. Something at that moment told me to turn the car in the direction of David Stanley. I hopped on the highway and headed toward Norman. Upon arrival, We were greeted by Mr.Malone and his sales manager John monis! Mr monis proceeded to work all the angles he could to get my son approved for his dream truck. A short visit and a lot of signatures later my son drove his dream car off of their lot! The look on his face was priceless! As a mom, it made me so happy to see him so excited. I'm grateful to all the gentlemen that helped my son get into his dream car. - April Littleton More

Really laid back, not pushy. He listened to the requirements I had to have in my new vehicle and found me the perfect ride. GREAT customer service on his part. This is one customer that has done a 180 about this dealer! We originally were having a bad experience (purchased a car, salesman was not honest with us) and thought we were just out of luck & buyer beware, the We originally were having a bad experience (purchased a car, salesman was not honest with us) and thought we were just out of luck & buyer beware, then Jerry Effinger at David Stanley personally took on our issue, and got everything worked out! The original sales person no longer works at the dealership, and Jerry personally took care of everything! It was quite an ordeal for him, too but he never blinked an eye! He got the problems with the car we purchased completely taken care of, a rental car for us for 3+ weeks, and all at no cost to us! On a used vehicle! I will say that Jerry Effinger is personally responsible for creating a customer for LIFE of David Stanley Chevrolet in Norman! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You guys have rocked, and Jerry was nothing short of amazing - honest, caring and very professional, patient & compassionate! More
