Ariel Huerta clearly explained the various options available on the Ford 150 Tremor. He likewise showed us the different colors on the lot in the bright sun, which was optimal. Once we identified the exterior color, Ariel proceeded to open the doors and show us all the details of the interior. He was so thorough and demonstrated how many of the options works, which was helpful. Ariel never seemed rushed and answered all our questions. A couple of times he checked on things that could benefit our purchase, i.e., did the Tremor qualify for the lower interest rates, etc. Once we determined the accessories we wanted, Ariel completed the appropriate paperwork and told us he’d keep us advised of our order status, which he did.
