Happy with my purchase Overall, it was a good experience. Everyone was helpful and able to answer my questions or find someone that could. The process was relatively quick. In addition, Cesar did not try to pressure me too much into things I do not need. My only suggestion for improvement is for all the employees (not just specifically the sales department) to pay a little more attention to detail. I would recommend Cesar to friends and family. More

Recent new vehicle purchase About a month ago, we went into valley Honda wanting to look at new cars. Maybe we'd make a deal, ' just browsing' at this point. Well we were connect About a month ago, we went into valley Honda wanting to look at new cars. Maybe we'd make a deal, ' just browsing' at this point. Well we were connected with Cesar, told him what we wanted and that we wanted to look at the HRV specifically. He showed us the one on the sales floor, he was very attentive and answered all our questions about the car. We decided to make a deal, if the numbers came out right. Cesar had us look at ones he had in stock based on what we wanted on the car and eventually we decided to 'order' one. Well between the ordering, when it did come in about a month later, and the subsequent delivery, working with the finance person- Mario . It went all so well and painless. Even on day of delivery, Cesar went over the features of the car again, made sure we were happy, took a picture of the new car and the new owner :) , followed up with us the next day. Just all very professional and easy to work with, when we are in the market again for a new car, we'll come back to Cesar for sure. More
