New 2017 Ridgeline Lease Owner I would like to thank Valley Honda on my 2nd Lease in 6 years. My 1st Lease is due and signed up for a new 3 yr lease since the experience was better I would like to thank Valley Honda on my 2nd Lease in 6 years. My 1st Lease is due and signed up for a new 3 yr lease since the experience was better than expected including having my car serviced here at Valley for the entire term. I am very busy with my work schedule and Cesar accommodated my requests for scheduling the return and pickup of my new lease. He is professional, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and requests. He diligently researched several items I requested before I leased my new Ridgeline. Exceptional - no pressure sales experience! This is the 2nd time I've used Valley Honda and both experiences have been great. I don't feel that normal showroom pressure to "buy" something now. Everything up to the delivery was taken care of through email which saved a lot of time. Cesar always replied in a timely manner to the questions I had. Cesar even made himself available on his day off if I had any further questions. I did not receive that kind of response from other sales people from other dealers. Pricing was also right where I was looking to buy. Additionally they gave my dad a good deal on a new key for his Honda and took care of a recall on his car while we worked on getting the final paper work done. The buying process was an all around great experience. More
