The overall experience was excellent starting with our sales person Cesar Salinas. Cesar was knowledgeable, very professional and very easy to talk to. He has very extensive product knowledge and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot and he made sure it was perfect when we picked it up and even provided stickers to attach our iPass. He walked us through the buying process step by step and did not rush us though it. He gave us all of his attention and never made us feel like we were just a sale. He had everything prepared for us when we arrived. To Don Davis, Jab Rahman and Rose Hernandez thank you for helping make this a great experience and last shout out to Jose Osorio the Delivery Associate who did an exceptional job on preparing the Pilot for delivery.
