I went there to have my breaks checked out because they were soft. The Service manager and the machanic told me that my real breaks had to be changed ..Now i get the car in 2022 it only had 22,000 miles I were soft. I was able to snatch my dream car from this dealership! At an amazing deal! Although I did run into some hiccups, & the manager at this location wasn’t very pleasant. Finance Manager Issa C. was 1000% on top of things to make sure every single detail was corrected. He had all parties on board to make sure I received A1 customer service. Including service with repairs and maintenance. Any questions he was there with a quick call. Although I purchased a non Lexus vehicle- I received white glove treatment. Issa has a customer for life! Also Steve was definitely thorough with keeping me updated with photos and texts messages. As well as JR in the finance dept. & Caesar in Service! He is a total rockstar!
