Cesar exceeded my expectations. I originally was looking for something smaller, I over-researched every car I looked at, and with my budget was not able to make a purchase. Cesar followed up with me, and I had just left another dealership after 4 hours negotiating over bogus fees. Cesar and his team stayed late to allow me to see several cars(in the dark) and after I found the perfect car, The buying process exceeded expectations. Their pricing is transparent, and their fees are listed right on the website. There were no hidden fees or "extras" that were overly pushed on the breakdown. From the time I chose my car to the time I drove it off the lot, took roughly 45 minutes. I appreciate the honesty and integrity Phillips showed, and the top-tier service from Cesar that made the buying experience enjoyable and fun. I will be back, and will be working with Cesar. More

Thank you to Mark Bonner for sending me the flyer from Phillip GMC and to Cesar Gonzales for taking care of us as Mark Bonner was with another customer. I traded in my 2023 GMC Terrain for a 2024 Terrain Phillip GMC and to Cesar Gonzales for taking care of us as Mark Bonner was with another customer. I traded in my 2023 GMC Terrain for a 2024 Terrain SLT . My husband and I are so very pleased with how Cesar and everyone treated us and so very happy with the new car.
