Was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a BMW dealership. Zero communication and the service advisor tried to prevent me from speaking to the manager. I went to the agency today, mid-morning. They were so busy that I couldn't even be attended. I was also told, that just to check on a simple problem I'd have to leave my car there for about They were so busy that I couldn't even be attended. I was also told, that just to check on a simple problem I'd have to leave my car there for about 3 days. There were 3 people waiting for a loaner car, but none was available at the moment for anyone. I'm glad the company is doing so well but not impressed with the lack of service. I was told I could halfway across town to see if I can get service. Or out of town. Is this the famous BMW car care? I'm thinking of selling my car for one that has accessible service. It won't be a BMW. More

I went in for a simple oil change at BMW Santa Monica and left with a nightmare. They didn't fully close the oil drain cap. It flew off while I was driving on the freeway, causing oil to leak everywhere. My left with a nightmare. They didn't fully close the oil drain cap. It flew off while I was driving on the freeway, causing oil to leak everywhere. My car started malfunctioning, and I had to pull over in a panic, find a safe place to park, and then the car completely stopped working. I was stranded for three hours in the sun waiting for a tow truck. This kind of negligence is unacceptable — it could have caused a serious accident. I will definitely be looking into filing a case for negligence. I expected professionalism from a certified BMW service center, but this experience was anything but. Avoid this place if you value your car — and your safety. More

I brought my car in for routine oil change, but they returned the car with a cracked windshield. Further I asked 2x to make sure my car was washed which they confirmed 2x, but then when I went to pick u returned the car with a cracked windshield. Further I asked 2x to make sure my car was washed which they confirmed 2x, but then when I went to pick up the car it was not washed. They did not notify me about the cracked windshield and instead I had to point it out even though it was clearly visible as it stretched across the drivers side windshield. They argued with me about liability even though the car was spotless when I brought it in. At first they said it would be over a week before they had an appointment time to fix it. I asked that they order all the parts so that I could have my car back immediately. I dropped it off on a Tuesday morning and they told me it would be done on Thursday afternoon. Come Thursday they said Friday then come Friday they said Monday. It ended up taking them an entire week and then when they returned it, the windshield was scratched. Terrible communication throughout! I wouldn’t recommend this BMW to my worst enemy. They are unprofessional, rude, and don’t know what they are doing. Save yourself and don’t bring in your car here to service. Go to Beverly Hills BMW, they are outstanding! This place is disappointment every time I’ve ever been. More
