Cesar Castillo

I am a first-generation Mexican American, born and raised in the Quad Cities, primarily in the Moline area. As the son of Mexican immigrants, I take great pride in my roots and in the community that shaped me. Having lived in and explored the main cities throughout the Quad Cities, I’ve built strong local connections and a deep appreciation for the people who call this area home—including my entire family, who still lives here. My professional journey started early. At 19, I entered the automotive industry through car sales, then spent several years gaining valuable experience across factories and the food service industry. Those experiences helped me discover where my strengths and passions truly lie, ultimately leading me back to automotive sales. Today, I am proud to call Dahl Ford my long-term career home, where I am excited to grow, provide excellent service, and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.
